Benevolent Bean Coffee Fundraising Terms and Conditions

When onboarding and starting a fundraiser with Benevolent Bean, beginning on the agreed upon start date of your fundraiser, you and your organization are agreeing to the  following terms and conditions provided at the start of your fundraiser. These terms and conditions are subject to change.

Benevolent Bean Terms and Conditions 

1. Paying a non-refundable retainer deposit of $175 for fundraising per campaign. This incentivizes and ensures that organizations are committed to fundraiser participation. This retainer fee includes:

  • The development of 1 BenevolentBean.org standard fundraising page with 1 provided high resolution graphic and fundraiser information text that will be displayed on the website.
  • 2 iterations of changes following initial development that do not include provided image graphic design changes.
  • 1 mid fundraise and 1 final progress report.
  • Online fundraising support marketing on Benevolent Bean platforms, sales and shipping of including 3 coffee options or 2 coffee options and 1 coffee bundle option in the continental US.

2. Paying a non-refundable retainer deposit of $250 for fundraising per campaign. This incentivizes and ensures that organizations are committed to fundraiser participation. This retainer fee includes:

  • The development of 1 custom BenevolentBean.org fundraising page with 1 provided high resolution  graphic and and fundraiser information text that will be displayed on the website.
  • 2 iterations of changes following the initial development that can include changes to the provided image graphic provided in an Ai (adobe illustrator editable format).
  • 1 mid fundraise and 1 final progress report.
  • Online fundraising support marketing on Benevolent Bean platforms, sales and shipping of including 3 coffee options or 2 coffee options and 1 coffee bundle option in the continental US.

3. Organizational campaign lasting no longer than 10 days with a 6-month period for re-opening or beginning a new campaign with the same organization.

4. Allowing 2.5 weeks for fund release from the end last date of your campaign to your organization to allow for website transaction and bank processing of 50% of sales income (minus shipping costs, bank fees, and website processing fees).

5. Releasing ownership of data collected during your campaign to Benevolent Bean LLC and parent company, Southeastern Roastery LLC for record keeping and marketing.

6. Providing social media handles and tags to cross post and promote the fundraiser on Benevolent Bean and Southeastern Roastery social media accounts.

 

BenevolentBean.org will provide a dated copy of the terms of conditions prior to each fundraising organization upon starting a fundraiser as of 12/24/2024.
